We encourage you to your hospital of choice. Dr. Rathod is not on staff at any hospital and does not go to the hospital. If you have an emergency situation please go to the nearest hospital and ask for the records to be forwarded to Dr. Rathod. Dr. Rathod will then work with the hospitalist via telephone in choosing optimal treatment.
For refills, we ask that you contact your pharmacy. They will fax us a written request. We ask for 48 hours to process refills. The doctor does not prescribe new prescriptions or treat any new ailment via telephone, we ask that you schedule an appointment for these issues.
For a simple question relating to an established issue you may leave a detailed message for the doctor and a staff member will call back as soon as possible. However if you have multiple questions or concerns about a new issue, an office visit is recommended.
You must be seen at least once every three years. If your last office visit has been longer then three years you will have to come back through the new patient process.
For your safety we have a no return policy. Certain supplements require protection from direct heat and sunlight. Please address any questions or concerns prior to purchasing supplements.
